How to make a reservation?
A: You can make a reservation via email. Please book at least 2 days in advance at [email protected]. B: Another way to contact us is via our Facebook page, Zira Spa, or by calling +66 53 222 288.
Do you accept credit cards, AliPay, etc., or only cash?
A: We offer various payment methods for your convenience. We accept Visa and MasterCard for credit card payments, as well as WeChat Pay and AliPay. PromptPay and bank transfers are also available at the spa.
Does the price include tax/VAT and tips?
A: All prices are net and already include tax/VAT, which is non-refundable. Gratuities for our staff's efforts are greatly appreciated. If your therapist has made your spa experience special, feel free to give them a gratuity. Tips can be given directly to the therapist or left at the front desk with the receptionist.
Do you have a shuttle service, and is it free of charge?
A: We offer a free shuttle service for any spa purchase of more than 1,500 baht (within 5 km from the spa). If the distance exceeds 5 km, additional charges may apply depending on the distance. Please note that advance notice of at least one business day is required for shuttle service arrangements.
Do you have another branch in Chiang Mai or outside?
A: Currently, Zira Spa has only one branch located in the heart of Chiang Mai city.
I'm on my period. Can I still receive treatment?
A: It's absolutely fine to receive a massage or spa treatment if you're comfortable. You can ask for spare sanitary pads if needed, and we also provide underpants for you to change into.
Do you have any treatments for pregnant women?
A: We do not offer treatments for pregnant women due to the Thailand Ministry of Public Health advising against Thai Traditional Massage during pregnancy, as it may not be comfortable or safe for the mother and baby.
Are elderly people or children able to get a massage?
A: We do not recommend massages for elderly individuals over the age of 60, especially those with certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure or gout. We also do not recommend massages for children under the age of 10.
