Absolutely loved it! Such a relaxing oasis in the hustle of Bangkok! The staff here are so warm and pleasant upon arrival that you already feel relaxed! We would like to make a special commendation to both Ann and Peaw who were our massage therapists who provided highly professional and soothing techniques which was perfect after a big day of sightseeing during the hottest month of the year. We couldn’t recommend this spa (and hotel) highly enough and have already planned to return. As a surprise, the spa knew that it was our anniversary and greeted us with a little gift that makes it feel just that much more personal and special. 10/10!!

Highly recommended! My therapist Khun Took is very professional, polite and did a great oil massage. The room is super clean, large and very relaxing. I had such a great experience at Kempinski Spa. Highly recommended for anyone who need a perfect spa day in BKK.

Unprofessional service in Spa department So bad experience in SPA department. They are very lazy No eye contact with you. Unprofessional conversation with customers No smile .No apology. I said I may let your manager know. She’s like go what ever you want. So rules. If I can give them 0 star I will do absolutely not a best of the best Hotel. What I felt was indifference and even discrimination . I feel like the all front desk lady in spa they are favoring each other and being lazy . I'm very disappointed with my them attitude. I spent almost $3000 for 5 nights my answer is :Not worth.

Kempinski the Spa is much more above international standard, in term of very nice place, cleanliness, service quality, very nice staff and professional spa therapists. Khun Ou+, spa therapist is very professional in Classic Oil Massage, especially with senior guest. My mother guarantee the more you visit Kempinski the Spa, the more you like everything in the Spa, started from very warm welcome with very friendly staff until finishing massage pleasantly. Best Spa, Best Massage in Bangkok If you want to experience luxury and be treated like a queen, go to the Spa at Siam Kempinski Hotel in Bangkok. Highly recommended. Best massage experience that i’ve ever had! Everything is top notch. Amazing service, amazing masseuse. Real Gem! I will surely come back again.

Wonderful jotel The hotel was wonderful in all respects, from the great welcome by the staff on arrival and by all those who I came into contact with, in the restaurants and elsewhere. The rooms were well designed, quiet, well equipped and comfortable. Located beside the Siam Paragon Shopping Centre, the location could not be better as it provides a vast range of shops and restaurants to choose from. The hotel’s stunning grounds provided a welcome relief away from the hustle and bustle outside. I would recommend this hotel and I am already looking forward to my next visit.
